For example, if a commercially available insole corrects the arch at a level 5, it won't be effective if your right foot needs level 7 correction and your left foot requires level 3. This mismatch would lead to insufficient correction for the right foot and overcorrection for the left, causing counterproductive effects. This highlights the importance of using custom insoles.

The calcaneus (heel bone) is one of the most important bones that support the entire body. However, the calcaneus is inherently unstable and prone to tilting inward or outward. Only a few people have it fixed in the correct position. When the calcaneus tilts, it can cause the collapse of the arch of the foot, leading to conditions such as flat feet, bunions, and hammertoes.

Acquiring a foot structure akin to standing on bones reduces the burden on muscles, thus minimizing fatigue.
When we stand, we usually do so without conscious effort. However, individuals with misaligned foot bones unconsciously use extra muscles and tendons to maintain balance while standing. The same applies to walking. When the body is supported by properly aligned bones, the unnecessary strain on muscles and tendons diminishes, leading to reduced fatigue and a lower risk of injuries.

Prevent injuries
By stabilizing the calcaneus (heel bone) in the correct position, the arch of the foot is more likely to be restored. The arch of the foot plays a role similar to a car suspension, reducing the impact of landing. Without the arch of the foot acting as a suspension, the impact of landing directly transfers to the ankle, knee, and lower back, increasing the risk of injuries.



By using our insoles may result in calf and thigh muscle soreness or discomfort in the joints. This occurs because previously immobile muscles and joints suddenly become functional when the calcaneus is correctly positioned. When muscles and joints that should naturally be used are not utilized, other muscles and joints compensate for the lack of movement. This situation increases the likelihood of injuries and prevents the body from fully maximizing its performance. When the calcaneus tilts inward or outward, the height of the heel becomes lower than it should be, hindering proper nerve transmission to the toes. However, by stabilizing the calcaneus (heel bone) in the correct position and elevating the heel to its original height, the nerve transmission to the toes improves, allowing them to exert force.



Since the insoles guide proper foot movement, they contribute to injury prevention and enhance sports performance.
One of the most noticeable changes in movement when using insoles is the improvement in knee alignment. Individuals whose knees tend to move inward when bending can experience a correction when using insoles, making it less likely for the knees to collapse inward. This affects the entire body. When the feet are less likely to turn outward, it makes the knees less prone to collapsing inward, leading to pelvic stability. Consequently, the upper body can move in the desired direction, influencing all movements.
