Important Notes of our Insoles.

We mold the insoles to fit your existing shoes. However, in the following cases, the synergy between the insole and the shoe may be compromised:

・The size of your feet does not match the shoes.

・The shoes are severely worn.

・The shape of the shoes has changed significantly.

The most effective shoes for molded insoles are those that securely anchor the foot to the heel within the shoe. We do not sell insoles for shoes that have a design allowing the foot to move around inside.

The insoles we make are for sports and exercise purposes, and are not for medical use. We do not create insoles for the purpose of preserving or treating symptoms of any disease or disorder.

How to wear shoes correctly

If shoes are not worn correctly, there may be pain in areas that were not previously affected. If the shoe size is too large or not properly laced, there may be issues such as blisters, calluses, or discomfort due to the arch not fitting correctly.

Step 1 - Open The Shoes

Loosen the laces as much as you can and pull the tongue outwards to create a large space to slide your foot into.

Step 2 - Tap Your Heel!! (The most important part. Don't skip!)

Once your foot is in the boot, push your heel down. Then lift the toe

of the shoes, and TAP your heel against the floor a few times to make

sure that your heel is all the way back into the heel cup of the boot.

Step 3 - Tighten Up

KEEP the toe UP and the heel down while lacing.

Tighten the laces starting from your fingertips.

Positive changes that can occur after inserting insoles.

The insertion of insoles can alter the body's balance, leading to beneficial changes such as:

・Individuals with a significant heel tilt. As the heel position becomes correct, the height of the heel increases.

(Creating a sensation similar to tiptoeing.)→The height of the heel is the original correct height, so the discomfort is temporary.

・Activation of previously unused joints and muscles during walking or exercise.

(Potentially causing muscle soreness in various areas.)→Muscles and joints that haven't been used before will continue to be active with the insole, so any muscle soreness is temporary.

・Immediately after inserting the insoles, corrective adjustments to improper foot movements may begin.

(with a possible risk of developing blisters or calluses.)→As your body gets used to the correct foot movements, blisters and calluses will no longer occur, so these symptoms are temporary.

Usage precautions.

Special conditions or environments may lead to rapid deterioration of the insoles. Walking with one's feet

turned out may lead to friction and blisters between the inner edge of the insole and the arch.

If there is significant twisting of the heel bone (heel varus or valgus), using the insole may alter the fit of

the heel in the shoe and may lead to blisters.

Insole movement within the shoe may damage or break the internal structure of the shoe.

While it is possible to use the insoles with multiple shoes, ensuring a proper fit (not too tight or too loose)

is crucial. When transferring insoles to different-sized shoes, check for issues such as shoe rubbing before

regular use.

Please exercise caution regarding heat. Our insoles are molded using heat, and exposure to excessive

heat can lead to deformation and changes in shape.

Avoid the following:

・Placing them in a dryer.

・Exposing them to hot air from a hairdryer or iron.

・Leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods.

・Leaving them in a car, on top of a car, or in a drying room.
