What makes it different from other insoles?

・Original insoles in shoes.

The insoles originally included in shoes are said to have minimal effects, only providing slight cushioning against the seam between the midsole. Moreover, these insoles have a flat structure, causing the foot to slide and tilt inward or outward. It is not recommended to continue using these original insoles.

・Ready-made insoles from a major sports manufacturer.

The disadvantage of ready-made insoles is that the arch shapes are symmetrical between the right and left feet. So even if the arch is good for one foot, it may result in overcorrection for one foot. The tilt of the calcaneus (heel bone) varies from person to person. As a result, there is a possibility of decreased athletic performance or increased susceptibility to injuries. Therefore, we do not recommend using Ready-made insoles.

・Custom-made insoles from hospitals when injured.

When you have an injury, it is possible to have custom-made insoles from hospitals. However, please consider these insoles as temporary solutions until the injury is healed. The quickest way to recover from an injury is to avoid moving the affected area. Therefore, insoles made by hospitals are designed to restrict the movement function of the affected area. If you continue to use these insoles even after the injury is healed, you will perform activities without utilizing the muscles and joints in that area. No one keeps wearing a cast even after their injury has healed, right? It is not recommended to use hospital-made insoles continuously.
