Our Insole Lifespan
Due to the nature of the foot, we intentionally create flexible insoles instead of rigid ones. As mentioned earlier, the arch of the foot acts as a suspension, and rigidly fixed insoles would eliminate this effect. Therefore, we opt for a flexible structure, but this means that the lifespan of the insoles is not very long. Additionally, the bones in the feet consist of a total of 56 bones, making them prone to changes. After about a year, the shape of the foot may also change. Therefore, we recommend re-molding the insoles every six months to maintain their shape, and it is advisable to replace them every one to two years as the materials themselves deteriorate
